摘  要:由于某规格异型钢在粗轧阶段某异型孔咬入过程中发生偏转,给轧件成形及稳定轧制造成不利影响。借助有限元分析软件对轧制过程进行模拟分析,并对咬入过程进行分阶段研究,确定轧件偏转原因主要是由于轧件上翼缘左侧首先与上辊形成单点接触,造成轧件咬入失稳,从而产生偏转。对孔型进行优化并进行模拟验证,改进的孔型用于生产,实现了稳定咬入,保证轧制顺行。A specification of shape steel deflected in the biting process of one pass in the rough rolling,which affected the steel forming and the stable rolling adversely.With the help of finite element analysis software,the simulation analysis of the rolling process was carried out and the biting process was researched in stages.The main reason of deflection was determined,which was that the left place of upper flange firstly made a single point contact with the upper roll,which caused rolling biting instability and then resulted in deflection.The pass was optimized and checked through simulation.The improved pass was applied to production,so that the stable biting process was obtained and the smooth rolling was guaranteed.
