摘 要:目的:研究比较印尼姜黄、姜黄、蓬莪术挥发油组成成分及相对含量。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)分析三者的化学成分,检索NIST谱库,选择可信度大于80%的成分。结果:三个样品共推测出16个化合物,其中印尼姜黄6种、姜黄9种、蓬莪术5种;印尼姜黄和姜黄共有α姜黄烯,印尼姜黄与蓬莪术共有樟脑,姜黄和蓬莪术共有芳姜黄酮、吉马酮,其他成分差异较大。结论:印尼姜黄、姜黄、蓬莪术挥发油所含成分既有一定相似性,也有一定差异性。The composition and relative contents of volatile oil from Indonesian Jianghuang, Jianghuang and PengEzhu were researched and compared. Method: The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation, and then the chemical compounds of three herbal was analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Compound with more than 80% credibility were selected after retrieving of NIST library. Result: 16 active compounds were found in three samples, including 6 compounds of Indonesian Jianghuang, 9 compounds of Jianghuang and 5 compounds of Pengezhu. α- curcumene was found in both Indonesian Jianghuang and Jianghuang. Camphor was found in both Indonesian Jianghuang and PengEzhu. Urmerone and Germacrone were found in both Jianghuang and PengEzhu. But other components were different. Conclusion: Both similarity and difference of volatile oil can be found among Indonesian Jianghuang, Jianghuang and PengEzhu
