摘　　要：目的:建立盐狗脊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层鉴别和水分、灰分及浸出物等方法对盐狗脊进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法,测定了盐狗脊中原儿茶酸的含量。结果:薄层色谱鉴别等能够很好地鉴别盐狗脊,且专属性较强。结论:所建立的质量控制方法结果准确、操作简便、重复性好,可控制盐狗脊的质量。Objective： To establish quality standard for salt processed Gouji. Method： The TLC and water, ash, and extract detection were performed for the qualitative identification of salt processed Gouji. High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method was applied to detect protocatechuic acid in salt processed Gouji. Result： TLC can be used to identify salt processed Gouji with specifity. Conclusion： The established method of quality control is accurate, simple and reproducible which can be used for quality control of salt processed Gouji.
