摘  要:目的:建立吴茱萸炮制品的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别、薄层鉴别和水分、灰分及浸出物等方法对吴茱萸炮制品进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法,测定了吴茱萸炮制品中的柠檬苦素含量。结果:显微鉴别等能够很好地鉴别吴茱萸炮制品,薄层色谱鉴别专属性较强。结论:所建立的质量控制方法结果准确、操作简便、重复性好,可控制吴茱萸炮制品的质量。Objective: To establish a quality standard for Wuzhuyu processed product. Method: The microscopic identification, TLC and water, ash, and extractum detection were performed for the qualitatively identification of Wuzhuyu. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was applied to detect limonin concentration in Wuzhuyu. Result: Wuzhuyu can be well distinguished by microscopic identification, and TLC identification was specific. Conclusion: The established method of quality control is accurate, simple and reproducible which can be used for quality control of Wuzhuyu.
