摘 要:大量国内外研究表明大黄具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、减轻肝、肾损伤等药理作用,对多种疾病具有预防和治疗价值。近年来,大黄蒽醌类单体、大黄单味药材以及含大黄复方制剂的药物动力学研究取得重要进展。本文通过分析总结有关大黄及其主要活性组分的药物动力学研究文献,并结合笔者团队相关研究将大黄体内代谢转化过程、游离蒽醌类活性成分的生物分析方法及其动力学参数特点和影响因素进行综述,并对其药动学研究发展趋势进行综合分析,以期为中药药物动力学研究提供参考并为大黄临床合理安全用药提供理论依据。Dahuang, as one of the most common traditional Chinese herbal medicine, is usually employed to relieve hepatitis and renal failure. Dahuang has been reported to have various beneficial bioactivities such as anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti- oxidation, relieve hepatitis and renal failure and so on which is important to prevent and treat many diseases. In recent years, the research on the pharmacokinetics of Dahuang anthraquinones, Dahuang herb and prescription containing Dahuang have made important development. In the paper, recent pharmacokinetic studies of Dahuang and its' main active components are summarized and analyzed based on literature review combined with the work in our laboratory on the metabolism of Dahuang and the analytical method of free anthraquinones. Then some new research ideas are proposed to provide reference for the further development and utilization of Dahuang in clinical application.
