摘　　要：为了研究Internet/Intranet环境下人力资源管理系统的设计与实现。对于当前企业人力资源管理中,基于Internet/Intranet环境下,分析人力资源管理系统设计需求,并结合总体结构设计、系统功能设计以及Internet/Intranet环境搭建、软件代码部分,设计实现人力资源管理系统。结果证实,基于Internet/Intranet环境下,设计实现人力资源管理系统,提升系统应用性能,提升12.0%,提高企业人力资源管理质量,提高20.0%,发挥实际应用效益。结论表明,对于Internet/Intranet环境下,设计实现企业的人力资源管理系统,不仅能够确保该系统符合实际应用需求,也可提升当前人力资源管理质量,发挥积极应用价值。In order to study the Internet/Intranet environment system design and implementation of human resources management. For the current enterprise human resources management, based on Internet/Intranet environment, analysis of human resource management system design demand, combined with the overall structure design, system function design, and Internet/Intranet environment to build, software code section, design implementation of human resource management system.The results confirmed that based on Internet/Intranet environment, design implementation of human resource management system, improve the system application performance, up 12.0%, improve the quality of enterprise human resources management, increased by 20.0%, actual application efficiency. Results indicate that, for the Internet/Intranet environment,design of enterprise human resources management system, can not only ensure that the system can meet the demand of practical application, also can improve the quality of human resource management, play an active application value.
