摘 要:基于介电高弹聚合物理论构建电活性聚合物发电过程的数学模型,以揭示硅树脂电活性聚合物在电致大变形过程中的机电耦合规律及能量转换机理;根据能量收集的循环过程建立了恒电压、恒电荷、恒电场和恒电流条件下的能量收集模型及混合能量收集模型;针对机电能量的转换效率对比分析各种模型的性能;同时,搭建风能发电机实验装置并进行恒电荷条件下发电过程的能量收集实验.结果表明,恒电荷条件下的能量收集模型的能量转换效率最高.A mathematical model was developed on dielectric electro active polymer(DEAP)generator based on the theory of dielectric elastomers.The electromechanical coupling law and the energy conversion mechanism were revealed during the giant voltage-induced deformation.The energy harvesting cycle was studied at a constant voltage,charge,electric field,current,and mixture respectively.These different models for energy harvesting were analyzed comparatively for electromechanical energy conversion.Finally,the prototype was established with silicone DEAP from Danfoss for the wind generator,through which harvesting energy was studied under the constant charge model.The experimental results and analysis show that the efficiency of the electromechanical energy conversion is the highest with a constant charge,of all these harvesting energy cycle models.
