摘 要:以锦16块二元复合驱区块为研究对象,提出利用二元体系驱替过程中残留在岩石孔道内一定浓度和质量的聚合物来实现调堵的技术路线。通过絮凝剂筛选实验,研制出可使残余聚合物在岩石孔道内就地絮凝的调堵剂;通过岩心模拟评价实验,优化了絮凝剂的注入参数。结果表明,锦16块二元复合驱油后采取选择性就地调堵技术,能够改善驱替液的波及系数和洗油效率,进一步提高原油采收率;最终筛选出的最佳絮凝剂配方:0.7%氯化锌溶液;最优的正向注入絮凝剂的体积PV数:0.6PV;最优的反向注入絮凝剂的体积PV数:0.6PV。Taking Jin-16 block binary compound flooding as a research object, the technical route that uses certain concentration and quality ofp01ymer residue in the rock pores after flooding by the binary system to achieve plugging was proposed. By flocculants screening experiment, the flocculant that can make the residual polymer in-situ plugging flocculation in rock pores was developed; By evaluation of core experiments, injection parameters of the flocculant was optimized. The results show that the selective in-situ profile control and water plugging technology carried out in Jin-16 block can improve the injected water efficiency and enhance oil recovery. The best concentration of flocculant is 0.7%, the best forward-injection PV is 0.6, and the best reverse-injection PV is 0.6.
