倒灌自流条件下管道水击模拟研究

摘  要:油品在管道输送过程中稳态被破坏,压力发生瞬变时会引发水击现象。在管道中形成的水击波会导致管道局部超压,甚至会造成管道破裂、损坏设备等,输油管道水击压力的保护已成为当前密闭输送的关键技术。应用TLNET软件建立仿真管输水击模型,模拟倒灌自流时快速关闭阀门的水击现象,分析总结了水击形成的原因,提出了预防措施。为控制输油管道水击提供了参考依据。If the steady state is broken during delivering oil in pipeline, the pressure will transiently change to cause water hammer phenomenon. The water hammer formed in the pipeline will lead to excess pressure in certain part, which may cause the pipeline crack and the equipments destroy. Protecting the pipeline from being destroyed by the water hammer has been a key technology of airtight transportation. In this article, a simulation model of pipeline water hammer was established by TLENT software, through which, the water hammer phenomenon caused by closing the valve quickly during flow backward artesian was simulated. Causes of the water hammer were summarized, and several protection measures were put forward, which could provide some references for control of the water hammer in pipeline.
