摘　　要：本文根据对河北省四个城市中企业的实际调查,从企业的特征、社会对环境责任保险的评价和企业对环境责任保险的评价三个方面选取变量,建立二元Logistic模型进行实证研究。研究发现:企业的规模、企业收入状况、企业的污染程度、保险公司的信誉、国家对环境责任保险的宣传、环境责任保险的保障程度与范围对企业投保意愿有着显著影响,其中环境责任保险的保障程度与范围对企业是否投保的影响最大。在此基础上,提出促进企业投保环境责任保险的相关建议,以促进环境责任保险的可持续发展。The enterprise environmental liability insurance pilot launched since 2007 has generated limited inter- est. Apart from compulsory application, the willingness to purchase this insurance has been quite weak. Under this background, this paper conducted the empirical investigation on 4 enterprises in Hebei province, and selected enter- prise characteristics, social evaluation of environmental liability insurance and the enterprise evaluation of environ- mental liability insurance as three variables to establish the binary Logistic regression model. It arrived at the con- clusions that factors such as the size of the enterprise, enterprise revenue, enterprise pollution level, the credibility of insurance companies, the protection level and scope of environmental liability insurance, and government publicity on environmental liability insurance all had significant effects on enterprises＇ willingness to purchase environmental liability insurance, and the degree and scope of protection had the largest impact. On this basis, we put forward suggestions on how to enhance environmental liability insurancein order to promote its sustainable development.
