摘 要:采用新SBS改性沥青和再生剂对不同掺量(质量分数)的回收SBS沥青路面材料(RAP)进行再生,在配合比设计的基础上,测试再生SBS沥青混合料的抗压强度、劈裂强度、静态模量、动态模量以及应力控制模式下的间接拉伸疲劳寿命。试验与分析结果表明:随着RAP掺量的增加,再生SBS沥青混合料的劈裂强度、抗压强度以及静态模量均逐渐增大,而应力控制模式下间接拉伸疲劳寿命先增大后减小,疲劳寿命对荷载大小的敏感性总体上呈逐渐增大趋势;动态模量随加载频率的增加或温度的降低逐渐增大,温度较高时,不同RAP掺量再生SBS沥青混合料动态模量对加载频率的敏感性趋于一致,加载频率越高,再生SBS沥青混合料动态模量对温度的敏感性越大。SBS modified asphalt and regenerant were used to reclaim different mixing amount ( mass frac- tion) of recycled SBS asphalt pavement (RAP). On the basis of mix design, the compressive strength, split- ring strength, static modulus, dynamic modulus and fatigue life under stress control mode were tested. The re- sults showed that with the increase of RAP mixing amount, the compressive strength, splitting strength and static modulus of reclaimed SBS asphalt mixture gradually increased, while its fatigue life under stress control mode increased first and then decreased, and the sensibility of fatigue life to load size increased on the whole. With the increase of loading frequency or the decrease of temperature, the dynamic modulus of reclaimed SBS asphalt mixture steadily increased. At high temperature, the dynamic modulus sensibility of reclaimed SBS as- phalt mixture with different RAP mixing amount to loading frequency showed little difference. With the in- crease of loading frequency, the sensibility of dynamic modulus to temperature increased.
