摘 要:本文用不同水分处理人参,测定人参的返青及病害发病率、根的外观形态以及参根有效成分含量,探讨水分对栽培人参越冬的影响。结果表明:人参对水分—低温交叉胁迫具有交叉适应;2014年7月10日至人参枯萎土壤水分含量大于25.26%或小于10.4%均能引发人参受冻,且土壤含水量过低时发生冻害比例较大;处理组人参总皂苷含量均高于对照组,低水分胁迫能够提高人参中总皂苷及Re+Rg1含量;而高水分胁迫能够提高人参中Rb1含量。This study was investigated the influence of the moisture contents to Cultivated ginseng emergence、Incidence of disease 、the appearance of root morphology. The cold damage of ginseng was caused by more than 25.26% or less than 10.4% of soil moisture content from July 10, 2014 to the ginseng withered. And the large proportion of the cold damage was occurred when the soil moisture contents was too low. The result show that the total saponins content of ginseng in treatment group were higher than that of control group. The total saponins of ginseng and the content of Re + Rg1 were improved by using the way of low water stress,however the Rb1 content was improved by High water stress in ginseng.
