血必净联合常规西药治疗严重脓毒血症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察研究血必净联合常规西药治疗严重脓毒血症的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年5月我科室收诊疗的诊断为严重脓毒血症的患者80例,按随机数字表法分为实验组及对照组各40例,对照组患者给予单独应用常规西药仙力素抗菌治疗,实验组在对照组常规西药治疗基础上加用血必净治疗,记录并分析治疗后两组患者血清Ca2+及APACHEII评分、利钠肽原(NT-pro BNP)和降钙素原(PCT)变化状况。结果:实验组患者治疗后APACHEII为(13.79±2.36),均明显优于对照组(17.42±3.52);实验组治疗后血清Ca2+、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-pro BNP)和降钙素原(PCT)分别为(2.15±0.12mmol/L、1031±97.5ng/L、7.53±2.04ug/L),均明显优于对照组(1.68±0.23mmol/L、1792±246.1ng/L、14.02±3.57ug/L)。3实验组患者治疗后白细胞计数和中性粒细胞比例分别为(13.76±1.12×109/L、73.92±1.13%),均明显低于对照组(17.11±1.38×109/L、77.64±1.54%)。4实验组患者恢复情况明显优于对照组。结论:血必净联合常规西药治疗严重脓毒血症疗效确切,与常规治疗相比无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of severe sepsis with Xuebijing combined with conventional medicine. Methods：80 patients with severe sepsis from January 2014 to May 2015,were randomly divided into experimental and control groups with 40 patients. The control group were treated separately Application of conventional Western medicine zenith prime antimicrobial therapy,the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine preparation Xuebijing treatment in the control group on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,recorded and analyzed two groups of patients after treatment serum Ca2 ＋and APACHEII score,natriuretic peptide（ NTpro BNP） and procalcitonin（ PCT） change in status. Results： The experimental group APACHEII after treatment（ 13. 79 ± 2. 36）,than the control group（ 17. 42 ± 3. 52）,and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）; serum Ca2 ＋,N-terminal B-type natriuretic experimental group after treatment peptide（ NT-pro BNP） and procalcitonin（ PCT）,respectively（ 2. 15 ± 0. 12 mmol / L,1031. 42 ± 97. 51 ng / L,7. 53 ±2. 04 ug / L）,were better than the control group（ 1. 68 ± 0. 23 mmol / L,1792. 75 ± 246. 03 ng / L,14. 02 ± 3. 57 ug / L）,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. experimental group patients white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage were（ 13. 76 ± 1. 12 ×109/ L,73. 92 ± 1. 13%）,were lower than the control group（ 17. 11 ± 1. 38 × 109/ L,77. 64 ± 1. 54%） and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. recovery of patients in the experimental group than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： It is effective and precise for the treatment of severe sepsis with Xuebijing united conventional western,compared with conventional treatment. and it’s worthy of further research and application.
