保肝降脂汤对非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察保肝降脂汤对非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床疗效,为临床治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病提供新思路和新方法。方法:选取非酒精性脂肪肝病例78例,随机分为两组,各39例,治疗组(保肝降脂汤),对照组(非诺贝特片),给药治疗12周后观察两组患者肝功、血脂水平和B超的变化。结果:治疗后两组肝功能血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)及血脂水平血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和甘油三酯(TG)均有明显降低;治疗后B超检测表明,两组患者脂肪肝程度均有改善,且总体疗效治疗组的优于对照组。结论:保肝降脂汤对非酒精性脂肪肝病疗效确切,值得在临床应用及推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Bao Gan Jiang Zhi decoction on 78 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,and to provide new method for the clinical treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods： The 78 patients were randomly divided into two treatment groups（ antilipemic and Bao Gan Jiang Zhi decoction） and control group（ fenofibrate tablets）,with 39 cases in each group. After treatment for 12 weeks,observe the change of hepatic function,blood lipid and B-ultrasonography. Results： Alamine aminotransferase（ ALT）,aspartate transaminase（ AST）,glutamyltransferase（ γ-GT）,serum total cholesterol（ TC）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C） and triglyceride（ TG） were all decreased in two groups after treatment. However,treatment group had significant statistical significance with control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Results of B-ultrasonography detection after treatment showed that the fatty liver degrees improved in two groups,and treatment group was superior to control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： Bao Gan Jiang Zhi decoction showed obvious curative effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,which should be applied and extended in clinical practice.
