摘 要:尸体解剖与组织病理学检查是法医病理学传统的、经典的技术手段,目前已不能完全满足于法医学证据科学性、客观性等方面的需求。近年来,随着计算机技术与医学影像学技术的发展,产生了虚拟解剖、多刚体仿真与有限元分析等数字化新技术,为法医病理学提供了非侵入性、直观、高精度的检验方法与研究手段,基本可实现人体损伤致伤方式重建与致伤机制分析,并可以图像及动画的形式再现损伤过程,为诉讼活动提供科学、客观的法庭证据。在综合国内外相关文献基础之上,并结合近期的研究成果,阐述数字化新技术的发展及在法医病理鉴定实践中的应用。The traditional methods of forensic pathology, such as autopsy and histopathological examination, sometimes can not provide completely scientific and objective forensic evidence. With the development of computer and medical imaging technology, some emerging digital techniques, such as virtopsy, multi-body dynamic simulation and finite element method,have made the body examination and research of forensic pathology to be non-invasive, easily observed and more accurate.These techniques could help to achieve human body injury re-construction and injury mechanism analysis, and represent the damage process by graphics and animation, thus providing scientific and objective forensic evidence. In this paper, the development and application of these new techniques in forensic pathology are elaborated, according to the literature and the research results of the Institute of Forensic Science, Ministry of Justice, China.
