摘　　要：系统方法是解决系统问题的有效工具。基于问题情境复杂性和问题研究目的性,构建了系统方法的两维分类框架;研究了用于结构化/解释性、结构化/干预性、非结构化/解释性、非结构化/干预性等问题情境的系统方法,并给出典型方法的应用步骤;最后,提出了基于问题情境的系统方法应用选择过程。Systems approaches are the effective means to solve complex problems in reality. Based on the complexity of problems situation and the purposes of problems research, a two-dimensional classification framework of systems approaches is constructed. Then the systems problems are analyzed, for dealing with different problem situations：structured-interpretation situation, structured-intervention situation, unstructured-interpretation situation, unstructured-intervention situation, as well the application steps of the typical systematic methods are proposed. Finally, the application selection process of systems approaches based on problem situations are discussed.
