协同理论指导下全方位康复护理干预在周围性面瘫病人中的应用分析

摘　　要：[目的]研究协同理论指导下全方位康复护理在周围性面瘫病人中的应用效果。[方法]选择周围性面瘫病人104例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组各52例,对照组接受常规模式的护理干预,试验组接受协同理论指导下的全方位康复护理干预,对两组病例干预后的各观察指标进行比较。[结果]试验组观察病例干预后的Portmann评分、临床总有效率、治疗依从性和护理满意度均显著高于对照组,而其痊愈时间则显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用协同理论指导下全方位康复护理对周围性面瘫病人实施干预,有利于提高该类病人的治疗依从性、临床疗效和护理满意度。Objective：To probe into the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with peripheral facial paralysis under guidance of synergy theory.Methods：A total of 104 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were taken as study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the patients in control group received routine nursing intervention model,the patients in experimental group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions under guidance of synergy theory.The all indicators in both groups were observed and compared after intervention.Results：After intervention,the Portmann score,clinical total effective treatment compliance and satisfaction in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,while the recovery time in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with peripheral facial paralysis under the guidance of synergy theory was helpful to improve the treatment compliance,curative effect and nursing satisfaction of patients.
