综合护理用于人工全髋关节翻修术病人的效果分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨综合护理在人工全髋关节翻修术中的临床护理效果。[方法]选取30例人工全髋关节翻修术病人资料进行分析,依据护理措施分为对照组和观察组各15例,对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。[结果]两组病人护理前焦虑、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人6min最大步行距离、步频、步速及Harsis评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]与常规护理相比,人工全髋关节翻修术病人治疗过程中实施综合护理干预效果理想。Objective：To probe into the clinical nursing effects of comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods：The data of 30 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were analyzed.According to the nursing measures,they were divided into control group and observation group,155 cases in each.The patients in control group received the routine care,the patients in observation group received the comprehensive nursing,and then to compare the nursing effect between both groups.Results：The anxiety and depression scores showed no significant difference between both groups before nursing（P〉0.05）.After nursing,the anxiety,depression scores in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.6min maximum walking distance,step frequency,pace and Harsis score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The intervention effect of the comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty was more ideal than that of the routine care.
