摘  要:大型油库通常采取消防稳高压系统让消防管网始终保持高压状态,一旦出现紧急状况,能立即启动消防泡沫用水和冷却水喷淋系统,为扑救初始火灾节省宝贵时间。对某些大型油库消防稳高压系统存在的阀门泄漏、管网泄漏,稳压泵设计压力流量不合理,多功能水泵控制阀门选型不当,未设置气压稳压罐等问题进行了分析,提出要从施工质量、消防阀门和管网维护、正确选用稳压泵和水泵控制阀、设置气压稳压罐四个方面进行预防,保证消防稳高压系统运行达到最优。Large oil depots usually adopt fire control stabilizing high pressure system so that fire control pipe network always maintain in the state of high pressure. Once emergency appears,water for fire-fighting foam and cooling water spray system can be started immediately. And this saves precious time to extinguish the initial fire.This paper makes an analysis on the problems such as valve leakage,pipe leakage,unreasonable design pressure and flow of stable pump,inappropriate selection for multifunctional pump control valve,unset pressure stabilizing tank. Then it proposes prevention measures from four aspects covering construction quality,fire protection valves and pipe network maintenance,correct selection of the stabilizing pump and water control valve and setting pressure surge tank. These can ensure that the stable high pressure fire protection system can achieve optimal performance.
