摘 要:对某企业加氢裂化装置挥发性有机物的无组织泄漏进行了排放量核算研究。采用美国环保署的相关方程法作为泄漏排放量核算方法并对该方法进行了详细介绍。通过对泄漏检测与维修数据的统计分析,研究了装置的密封组件类型以及数量分布、不同密封组件类型的泄漏排放量和装置无组织挥发性有机物排放的主要贡献源等。评估了装置泄漏密封组件的修复率和装置挥发性有机物的减排量,维修复测结果表明,该企业加氢裂化装置的泄漏排放量降低了76.3%,密封组件修复率达到了58.6%。The emissions of volatile organic compounds( VOCs) from the hydrocracking unit of certain enterprise was checked and studied in this paper. The EPA correlation approach was taken as leakage emissions method and a detailed introduction of this method was made. Through statistical analysis of leak detection and maintenance data,this paper studied the equipment component types and the quantity distribution; the emissions from different types of seal assembly and the main contribution sources of fugitive volatile organic compounds emissions from the unit. The repair rate of leak equipment components and VOCs emission reductions were evaluated.And the results showed that the VOCs emissions leakage rate was reduced by 76. 3% and the repair rate of seal assembly reached 58. 6%.
