摘 要:按劳分配内含三个层次:作为发展过程,按劳分配自发转向按资分配,其延伸意义包含后者,传统社会主义因此主张对其限制;作为运行结果,按劳分配自发促劣变优,其逻辑展开包括共同富裕,中国改革因此选择了社会主义市场经济;作为历史趋势,按劳分配自发接通按需分配,通过激励脑力劳动并使其精神成果共享趋向理想社会。There are mainly three levels of the distribution according to work. Viewing it as a course of development, the transformation of distribution according to work system has a wider scope than the capital-based one, for which the traditional socialism calls for restrictions on it. As a result of the operation of socialist market economy, distribution according to work had promoted the evolution of market by eliminating the system that no longer adapts to social development. Moving steadily towards common prosperity, the socialist market economic system has finally been chosen by socialist reform in China. Following the inevitable trend of history, distribution according to work has further developed and completed marketing mechanism that allocates resources according to the demand. With an inspiration of brain labors, distribution according to work helps to build an ideal society which based on the sharing of intellectual achievements.
