摘  要:建立气相色谱法测定工业废水中乙醇、甲酸乙酯以及原甲酸三乙酯的残留量。分析方法采用DB-WAX(30.0m×250μm×0.25μm)毛细管柱,程序升温:柱温70℃保持2.5 min,以20℃/min速率升温至150℃保持3min,使用内标法定量,各组分在所测线性范围内相关性好,回收率高。该方法可作为分析工业废水中小分子残留的有效监测手段。A gas chromatographic method for detecting residue of ethanol, ethyl formate and triethyl orthoformate in industrial water was established. The method was as follows: the three organic solvents were separated on a DB-WAX(30.0m ×250μm ×0.25μm) using programmable increased temperature. The column temperature was initially maintained at 70℃ for 2.5min and then up to150℃ at the rate of 20℃/min for 3min, quantified by internal standard method. Each component was excellent linearity and had high percentage recovery. This method can be used for effective analysis of organic residual in industrial wastewater.
