云南昭通洒渔乡苹果产业考察报告及经验启示  

Investigations Reports of Apple Industry in Zhaotong Sayu Village and Their Guidance to Apple Production

摘　　要：云南昭通洒渔乡素有"苹果之乡"的美誉,冬无严寒、夏无酷暑,是我国苹果种植最适宜的地区之一。白碗窑镇地理位置与洒渔乡相近气候、土壤、水、气条件相似,且纬度更低,光照更充足,所产苹果糖分含量高,口感蜜香味浓。通过对云南昭通洒渔乡苹果产区的考察调研,学习洒渔当前苹果生产的经营模式和先进技术,为黔西南州苹果产业的发展方向提供参考,指导白碗窑镇的苹果生产。Zhaotong Sayu village in Yunnan province, which is known as ＇ the hometown of apple＇, is one of the best places for apple cultivation in China. Baiwanyao town has very similar conditions with Zhaotong Sayu village, including geographic position, climate, soil, water and air, and in addition to the lower latitude and full of sunshine, which is good for sugar accumulation and flavor of apple. In our study, we investigated and analyzed the situation of apple production areas in Sayu village, and learned the current business models and advanced techniques for apple production, our experience and results will guide apple production in Baiwanyao town and then provide a reference for apple industry in Qianxinan autonomous prefecture.
