摘  要:由电阻炉在1150~1250℃煅烧石灰石制备试验用活性石灰,并按照ZBQ27002-85标准测定了石灰的活性度,利用熔点熔速仪和高温综合热分析仪测定了石灰与高炉渣混合试样的开始熔化温度、半球点温度、流动性温度和差示扫描量热法(DSC)曲线。结果表明,在1150℃、加热2h时石灰活性度最高为417 mL;当碱度(CaO/SiO_2)一定时,炉渣的开始熔化温度、半球点温度和流动性温度随着碱度的增加而降低;当石灰活性度一定时,炉渣的开始熔化温度、半球点温度和流动性温度随着碱度的增加先减小后增加;石灰活性度提高,生成2CaO·SiO_2的吸热峰和3CaO·SiO_2的放热峰会在较低的温度出现。利用FactSage软件模拟计算,其结果与实验结果相吻合。The limestone is calcined by an electric resistance fumace at 1 150 - 1 250 ℃ to manufacture quickened lime for test. The activity of lime is measured according to standard ZBQ27002-85, and the beginning melting temperature, hemisphere temperature, flow property temperature, and the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curves of samples of mixed lime and blast furnace slag are determined by the melting-point-rate apparatus and the high temperature synthetic thermal analyzer. Results show that with heating at 1 150 ℃ for2 h the activity of lime is highest that is 417 mL; as the basicity ( CaO/SiO2 ) is constant, with increasing the activity of lime the beginning melting temperature, hemisphere temperature and flow property temperature of mixed furnace slag decrease ; as the activity of lime is constant with increasing the basicity the beginning melting temperature, hemisphere temperature and flow property temperature of mixed furnace slag first decrease then increase; with increasing the activity of lime, the endothermic peak of formed 2CaO . SiO2 and the exothermic peak of formed 3CaO . SiO2 occur at lower temperature. With simulated calculation by using Factsage software the results are in accord with experimental results.
