摘 要:通过500 kg保护气氛电渣炉试验研究三元渣(/%:65CaF_2,25Al_2O_3,5SiO_2)、四元渣(/%:55CaF_2,20Al_2O_3,20SiO_2,5CaO)和五元渣(/%:45CaF_2,20Al_2O_3,25SiO_2,5CaO,5MgO)对S-Pb-Te易切削不锈钢(/%:19~21 Cr,1.5~2.5Mo,0.1~0.3Pb,0.25~0.40S,0.03~0.10Te)电渣锭冶金质量的影响。结果表明,四元渣和五元渣S收得率较三元渣高;三元渣Pb收得率相对较高;3种渣系Te收得率无明显差异;含SiO_2为25.0%的五元渣系,所重熔的S-Pb-Te易切削不锈钢电渣钢锭小头和大头S、Pb和Te偏差最小,分别为△S 0.03%、△Pb 0.02%和△Te0.028%,且电渣钢锭表面质量良好。The effect of ternary slag (/% : 65CAF2, 25Al2O3, 5SiO2 ) , quaternary slag (/% : 55CAF2, 20Al2O3, 20SiO2, 5CaO) and quinary slag (/% : 45CaF2 , 20Al2O3 , 25SiO2 , 5CaO, 5MgO) on metallurgical quality of electro-slag ingot of S-Pb-Te free cutting stainless steel (/% :19 - 21 Cr, 1.5 - 2.5Mo, 0. 1 - 0.3Pb,0.25 - 0.40S,0.03 - 0.10Te) has been tested and studied by 500 kg shielding atmosphere electro-slag remelting (ESR) furnace. Results show that the yield of S in steel remehing by quaternary slag and quinary slag is higher than that by ternary slag; the yield of Pb remehing by ternary slag is relative higher; the yield of Te remehing by three kind of slag series is no-obvious difference; with SiO2 content in steel remehing by quinary slag is 25.0% the deviation of S, Pb and Te content in S-Pb-Te free cutting stainless steel ESR ingot from top to bottom is minimum, that are respectively △S 0. 03% , △Pb 0. 02% and △Te 0. 028% , and the surface quality of electro-slag ingot is best.
