摘 要:异硫氰酸酯和炔是有机反应中重要的部分,通过环加成反应、亲核反应等广泛应用于合成杂环化合物。异硫氰酸酯和炔官能团可以在同一分子内反应合成杂环,也可以多组分一锅煮反应合成杂环。相比较而言,异硫氰酸酯和炔在参与反应时,异硫氰酸酯的硫原子更易进攻反应底物,因此合成的杂环通常为含硫杂环。综述了异硫氰酸酯和炔用于合成苯并[1,3]噻嗪环、噻唑啉环和噻喃环等反应。Isothiocyanate and alkyne are important synthetic blocks in the organic reactions,and were widely employed in the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds by cyclic addition and nucleophilic reactions. Isothiocyanate and alkyne mayundergo intramolecular reactions to synthesize heterocycles,they may also undergo multiple components one-pot reaction to synthesize heterocyclic compounds as well. When the reactions of isothiocyanate and alkyne took place,the sulfur atom of isothiocyanate more easily attacked the substrate to obtain heterocyclic compounds containing sulfur atom. In this work,isothiocyanate and alkyne used in the synthesis of benzo[1,3]thiazine,thiazoline and thiopyran are reviewed.
