摘　　要：从裂解炉改造及总体运行情况、裂解炉辐射段炉管运行、裂解炉运行和维护等方面介绍吉林石化公司700 kt/a乙烯装置裂解炉的运行情况。通过对裂解炉节能、原料适应性改造和日常生产存在问题进行原因分析,制定相应措施,同时强化内部管理,探讨生产优化措施,实现裂解炉长周期高效运行、乙烯装置质量效益最大化。This paper introduces the operation of the cracking furnace in the 700 kt/a ethylene plant of PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company from the aspects of the modification and overall operation of cracking furnace,the operation of furnace lubes in radiation section and the operation and maintenance of cracking furnace.By analyzing the problems of cracking furnace in in energy saving,Feedstock adaptability rnodifieation and daily production,some eorresponding measures are developed,the internal management is strengthened,and the production optimization measures are exploited to achieve the long-term and efficient operation of craeking furnace and the maximum benefit of ethylene plant.
