裂解气压缩机转速波动故障分析及对策

摘　　要：针对2台并联操作的裂气压缩机中单台压缩机先后出现的几次转速异常波动的现象,通过对压缩机工艺系统的蒸汽、油质、工艺介质、生产负荷及调速系统等影响因素进行分析,探讨了压缩机组调速系统的工作原理,最后确定电液转换器故障是引起转速波动的主要原因。通过采取相应整改措施,解决了存在的问题。To sulve the abnormal speed fluctuation problem of one of the two cracking gas compressors in parallel,this paper analyzes many factnrs influencing the process system of the compressor including steam,oil quality,process medium,production load and speed regulating system,diseusses the working principle of the speed regulating system of the compressor unit,and identifies that the failure of electro-hydraulie converter is the main reason for the speed fluctuation.Some improvement measures are taken to solve the existing problem.
