摘  要:长江口水文资料的三性审查及独立性审查,对上海市的防汛抗旱、水利工程规划和运行调度,水资源开发与利用,管理和保护具有非常重要的意义。综观当前水情资料审查的方法软件中,大多数资料审查是就单个问题运用个别方法进行的,其方法的局限性非常大。不同的方法对水情资料审查后得出的结果会有所不同,但往往在水情资料分析中忽视了这种对比分析。为了更高效地对数据进行审查与对比,现使用Visual Basic软件编程,实现了对水情资料性质的自动化计算,大大减少了工作时间,提高了工作效率。The reviews on the three characteristics (reliability, consistency and representation) and independence of hydrologic data in Yangtze estuary area have great importance to flood control and drought relief, water conservancy project planning and scheduling, and water resources development, utilization, management and protection in Shanghai. In current hydrologic data reviewing methods and software, most of data review focus on a single issue by using an individual method, which is very limited. Different methods of hydrologic data review will lead to different results, but usually these results are ignored to compare with each other. In order to solve these issues and achieve more efficient data review and comparison, the Visual Basic software is used to programming, which can realize the automatic calculation of hydrologic data characteristics, reduce working time and improve working efficiency.
