摘  要:介绍了向家坝水电站新型泄洪消能技术,该技术利用高低跌坎式消力池双层多孔口三元淹没射流消刹下泄高速水流的巨大能量,让高速主流脱离消力池底板。相对于常规底流消能,消力池临底流速和底板脉动压强大幅降低,提高了工程枢纽运行安全性;消能率显著提高,流态稳定,有利于下游航运和江岸安全;有效控制了泄洪雾化对环境的影响。A new energy dissipation technique is used in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, in which, a staggered drop-sill type still basin separates the high-velocity main stream away from the bottom floor of stilling basin by using ternary submerged jets from the double-layer muhi-outlet structure to dissipate the immense energy of high-velocity flow. Compared with regular type energy dissipation by hydraulic jump, both the close-to-bed flow velocity and the fluctuation pressure at the bottom floor of stilling basin sharply drop down, so the operation safety of project is improved. With the remarkable increase in energy dissipation and a more stable flow state, the downstream navigation and river bank safety are ensured. Meanwhile, the impact of nebulizing on environment is also controlled.
