摘  要:针对容积式机械泄漏间隙内的流动参数难实验测量的情况,提出一种容积式机械间隙内考虑摩擦的、可压缩的实际气体的绝热稳态流动的数学模型,并根据实际的涡旋压缩机原型拓扑出几何模型。运用一种复合的网格构建方法,建立CFD模型。得到了径向泄漏和切向泄漏不同压差、不同间隙宽度的质量流率。研究结果表明:带有摩擦的模型的质量流率约为等熵喷嘴模型的1/4;与修正的模型相比,其值接近,随着间隙和压差的减小,摩擦对于流动的影响越来越明显,所以曲线的衰减速度大于现有模型。得到径向泄漏和切向泄漏间隙内的压力分布图和速度矢量图,压力由高压到低压平缓过渡,间隙内速度最大值为200 m/s,其马赫数小于1,未发生阻塞现象。A steady adiabatic leakage mathematical model with friction and compressible real gas was proposed for the situation that the flow parameter was difficult to be obtained through test in the positive displacement machinery.Geometric and topological model was built according to the real scroll compressor.A CFD calculation model was established with a hybrid grid method.The radial and flank leakage mass flow rate in different pressure and width was obtained.The study results show that the mass flow rates with friction almost equale 1/4 of the isentropic nozzle model,and approach the value of corrected model.The friction acts more important with the decrease of the pressure and leakage width,so the decay rate of the curve is greater than the classical model curve.The pressure and velocity distributions in the radial and flank leakage are presented,which show that the pressure transit and mildly,the maximum speed in the leakage is 200 m/s,the Mach number is less than 1,and choking does not occur.
