摘  要:本文制备了具有微-纳二级结构的超疏水表面,并在湿空气自然对流条件下进行了水平表面冷凝实验。实验结果表明,冷凝液滴行为可分为液滴合并、液滴弹跳和液滴扫掠三类。其中液滴弹跳与液滴扫掠行为均是由液滴合并触发的自推进液滴行为。液滴扫掠与液滴弹跳的区别是,目标液滴未能跳离表面,而是沿表面运动,并吞并沿途的液滴,留下狭长的运动轨迹,且轨迹尽头停留一个大液滴。本文亦通过统计方法,获得了超疏水表面上冷凝液滴的粒径分布、平均直径、表面覆盖率等,研究了液滴种群和单个液滴的生长机制。This paper fabricates a micro-nano structured superhydrophobic surface with condensation experiments performed on the horizontal superhydrophobic surface under natural convection conditions in humid air.The results show that the droplet behaviors can be classified into three types including droplet coalescence,droplet jumping and droplet sweeping,where both the droplet jumping and the droplet sweeping are self-propelled motions triggered by the droplet coalescence.Compared with the droplet jumping,droplet sweeping is a different behavior that the objective droplet sweeps past the surface merging all droplets in its path and finally stops at some place leaving a long and narrow track with a large droplet staying at the end.Statistical approach is also used to obtain the droplet size distributions,the average droplet diameters and the surface coverage to investigate the growth regimes of the condensate droplets.
