摘  要:目的比较激光光凝术联合与不联合药物治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法2013年1月至2015年6月非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变256例(344眼),按数字表法随机分为对照组(128例,164眼)和研究组(128例,180眼),进行前瞻性研究。对照组进行单纯激光光凝术治疗,研究组激光光凝术联合羟苯磺酸钙和复方血栓通治疗。激光光凝术后治疗3个月对两组眼底检查和视力检测结果进行比较。结果研究组治疗后,视网膜病变改善有效率为91.11%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(,=11.41,P=0.001);研究组视力改善有效率为87.78%,高于对照组的71.95%,差异有统计学意义(X2=13.55,P=0.000)。结论激光光凝术联合药物治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,可有效改善视网膜病变,提高视力。Objective To compare the effects of laser photocoagulation alone or combined with medication for diabetic retinopathy ( DR ). Methods We conducted a prospective study. A total of 344 eyes of 256 patients with DR during January 2013 to June 2015 were chosen and randomly divided into the control group, 164 eyes of 128 cases, and the observation group, 180 eyes of 128 cases. The patients in the control group received laser photoeoagulation alone, and patients in the observation group received laser photocoagulation combined with calcium dobesilate and complex thrombolysis treatment. Then the fundus and visual acuity were examined respectively. Results The improving rate of retina in the observation group was 91.11% , which was higher than that 78.05% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (X2 = 11.41 ,P = 0. 001 ). Moreover, the improving efficiency of visual acuity of patients in the observation group was 87.78% , which was higher than that 71.95% in the control group and the difference was statisucally significant (X2 = 13.55 ,P =0.000). Conclusion The treatment of laser photocoagulatiou combined with medicine therapy for DR can improve DR and vision effectively.
