摘  要:本研究目的是观察NMDA受体拮抗剂MK-801对丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的影响。鲤鱼注射NMDA受体拮抗剂后与丁香酚麻醉组对比,结果显示鲤鱼进入A4麻醉期的时间显著减少(p<0.05),从麻醉状态恢复到正常的时间显著延长(p<0.05),并且每分钟内的腮动次数也明显小于对照组(p<0.05),可显著或极显著地延长麻醉鲤鱼在空气中开始弹动的时间以及明显地减少鲤鱼在空气中弹动的次数(p<0.05)。说明NMDA受体拮抗剂MK-801具有增强丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的效果,NMDA受体可能是丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的机制之一。This study aims to observe the effect of NMDA receptor antagonist MK- 801 on Carps Anesthetized by Eugenol.Groups' comparison between after-intraperitoneal injection of NMDA receptor antagonists and Eugenol anesthesia showed that,the time of entering A4 anesthesia period on cap anesthetized by Eugenol decreased significantly(p〈0.05),and the time of awakening period prolonged significantly(p〈0.05),while the number of carp operculum movement decreased significantly(p〈0.05),which prolonged the bouncing time of anesthesia carps exposed in air and decreased the times of anesthesia carps bouncing in air significantly(p〈0.05).It illustrated that the anesthesia effect of Eugenol on cap was enhanced by NMDA receptor antagonist(MK- 801) and suggested that NMDA receptors might be one of the mechanisms of eugenol anesthetizing carp.
