摘  要:通过定性分析毛细管辐射顶板供冷性能的影响因素,建立毛细管三维稳态传热模型,利用CFD方法得到不同组合参数(冷冻水供水参数、抹灰层状况和毛细管席结构参数)时辐射顶板下的供冷量分布。模拟得到的辐射供冷顶板的供冷量和ASHRAE中经验值相符,误差保持在15%范围内。结果表明供冷量的变化和冷冻水供水温度、抹灰层厚度和管间距呈线性负相关关系。By qualitatively analyzing the impact of correlation factors on panel performance, three-dimensional numerical computations on heat transfer of capillary mats for steady-state were built numerically. CFD method is used to attain the cooling capacities at the bottom surface of radiant cooling ceiling panel with the combination of influencing parameters, including chilled water inlet parameters, conditions of gypsum plaster and capillary mats structural parameters. Numerical cooling capacities were in good agreement with empirical values reported by ASHRAE. The error was within the region of 15%. The simulation results show that cooling capacities was negatively linear correlation with temperature of chilled inlet water, covering thickness and tube spacing.
