摘 要:MXene材料是一类新型的二维材料,可简单表示为M_(n+1)X_nT_x,其中M代表一种或多种过渡金属,X为碳或氮。T是与刻蚀条件相关的表面官能团,通常包括O,OH,F,n取值1,2或3.MXene材料是以MAX陶瓷为原料刻蚀得到的,刻蚀之后MXene还可以进一步剥离,得到类石墨烯的二维片状材料。本文以剥离后的Ti3C2及氧化石墨烯为原料,制备出Ti O2与三维石墨烯的复合物,所得产物与纯三维石墨烯相比具有高倍率性能以及大比电容的优点。MXene material is a new type of two-dimensional materials,can be simply expressed as Mn+1Xn Tx,where M represents one or more transition metals,X for carbon or nitrogen. T is a surface functional group associated with etching conditions,usually including O,OH,F,N,1,2 or 3. MXene material is etched with MAX ceramic as raw material,the MXene can be further stripped after etching,and the two-dimensional sheet material of graphene is obtained. The after stripping Ti3C2 and graphene oxide as raw material prepared TiO_2 and graphene 3D complexes. The resulting product with pure 3D graphite alkene compared with high rate performance and higher specific capacitance advantages.
