摘 要:目的了解安徽省长江沿岸地区乙脑媒介三带喙库蚊抗性现状,为该蚊种的防治乃至疾病防控提供依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法测定其对常用杀虫剂的LC50及其95%置信限,比较其抗药性程度。结果测试的5个种群对溴氰菊酯均表现出不同程度的抗性,其中铜陵地区抗性最高,为9.05倍;对氯菊酯只有马鞍山和池州种群表现为低抗,池州种群抗性倍数为4.4倍;对高效氯氰菊酯铜陵、池州和安庆均表现抗性,安庆种群最高,为19倍。马鞍山、芜湖、池州和安庆种群对残杀威的LC50值为铜陵种群的134.7、50.9、107.6、256.2倍,对残杀威均表现出高抗性。结论安徽长江沿岸地区三带喙库蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂大多存在一定程度的抗性,对菊酯类抗性大多处于低抗和中抗水平,对氨基甲酸酯类抗性较为严重。Objective To determine the resistance situation of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to commonly used insecticides in Yangtze River areas in Anhui Province. Methods Impregnation method was employed in the bioassay.Results The LC50 sof tested insecticides differed among Culex tritaeniorhynchus geographic populations. Mostly geographic populations of Culex tritaeniorhynchus held low or middle resistance to the three pyrethroid insecticides.Culex tritaeniorhynchus populations from Maanshan,Wuhu,Chizhou and Anqing were highly resistant to propoxur compared with Tongling population,they were 134. 7,50. 9,107. 6 and 256. 2 folds respectively. Conclusion Culex tritaeniorhynchus populations of Yangtze River region in Anhui Province developed some resistance to commonly used pyrethroid pesticides,while the resistance to carbamates was very high.
