摘 要:目的了解济宁太白湖湿地蚊虫季节消长及抗性水平,为当地蚊媒的有效防治提供依据。方法采用人饵帐诱捕蚊法对太白湖湿地的成蚊种类、季节消长等情况进行调查。采用WHO生物测试法,测定淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的LC50和回归方程。结果共捕获成蚊14 217只,经鉴定为5属16种。三带喙库蚊为优势蚊种,占捕获总数的53.68%,其次为淡色库蚊和中华按蚊。各种成蚊的季节变化趋势具有一致性,6月开始出现,7-8月为成蚊活动高峰期。太白湖湿地淡色库蚊对5种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,对残杀威、DDVP、三氯杀虫酯抗性倍数分别是2.38、5.26和2.44,为低抗水平;对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯抗性倍数分别为27.92和36.67,达到了高抗水平。结论济宁太白湖湿地蚊虫种类丰富,应采取综合防治措施治理蚊虫。Objective To investigate the species and ecological habits of mosquitoes,and determine the insecticide resistance of Culex pipiens pallens in Taibai Lake area of Jining City. Methods Larvae dipping method was employed in the resistance test. Overnight capture of mosquitoes with man-bait net trap was conducted to survey the mosquito species and seasonal fluctuations. Results A total of 14 217 mosquitoes were collected from all the survey points,belonging to 16 species,5 genera. Culex tritaeniorhynchus was the dominant species,accounting for53. 68%,followed by Culex pipiens palllen and Anopheles sinensis. The seasonal fluctuations of all the adult species were consistently,appearing in June,and reaching the density peak in July to August. Culex pipiens palllen developed different degrees of resistance to the five commonly used insecticides. The resistance ratios to propoxur,DDVP,and acetofenate were 2. 38,5. 26 and 2. 44 respectively,which were evaluated as low level of resistance; while the resistance ratios to deltamethrin and cypermethrin were 27. 92 and 27. 92 respectively,which had reached a high level of resistance. Conclusion The mosquito species varied in Taibai lake area of Jining City. Therefore,the mosquito control measures should be made according to the mosquito ecological habits and the natural conditions.
