摘  要:目的对安徽三界地区某驻营地附近的吸血昆虫种类进行调查鉴定。方法在驻营地附近不同环境应用灯诱法,采集昆虫标本,根据形态学差异及分子标志(r DNA-ITS2序列)进行种属鉴定。结果驻营地附近吸血昆虫主要为蚊与蠓,经形态学鉴定,捕获的90只蠓都为库蠓,而采集到的521只蚊虫中,按蚊22只,库蚊496只,伊蚊1只,阿蚊2只,经分子标志鉴定后确定为中华按蚊、致倦库蚊、三带喙库蚊、刺扰伊蚊和骚扰阿蚊等。结论营地附近优势蚊种为三带喙库蚊,同时存在中华按蚊。当地应加强吸血昆虫的防护并重视虫媒病的监测和防控。Objective To identify the species of blood-sucking insects from the camp in the town of Sanjie of Anhui Province. Methods Insects were collected by light trap overnight from different environments around the camp then identified based on the morphologic characters and the molecular marker( r DNA-ITS2 sequence). Results The main blood-sucking insects collected near the camp were biting midges( n = 90) and mosquitoes( n = 521),including mosquitoes of Anopheles( n = 22),Culex( n = 496),Aedes( n = 1) and Armigeres( n = 2),according to the identification key. Molecular marker was used to further classify the species of mosquitos into Anopheles sinensis,Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus,Culex tritaeniorhynchus,Aedes vexans and Armigeres subalbatus. Conclusion Blood sucking insects control should be conducted to prevent vector borne disease since the existence of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles sinensis populations near the camp.
