摘  要:目前我国绿色建筑正处于快速发展时期,绿色建筑投入使用后的实际效果如何,也越来越引起人们的重视。本文对于不同气候区的绿色建筑常用技术,如建筑外遮阳,地道风、天然采光、双层皮遮阳、屋顶绿化、地源热泵,太阳能光电和光热系统等技术实际使用效果进行了调研测试和对比评价,给出了设计和运行优化建议。此外,结合不同气候区一批建成的绿色建筑运行能耗和室内环境品质实测分析对比,对如何提升绿色建筑整体性能提出了建议。Considering the background that green building has become a flourishing industry with the large support from the economic blooming,national policy and the power of science and technology,and the Post Occupancy Evaluation of green building has a great demand and a promising future.But using green building technology is the main basis for the evaluation of green building,there lacks systematic and comprehensive research on the effect of green building technology and POE of the total performance of the green building at present in China.This article evaluates the effect of green technology in practice based on the investigation and measurement in green building,giving some guidance.Meanwhile,subjective perception and objective measurement results are both supposed to be considered all over the year.
