摘 要:目的:探讨脑膜病变患者行MR增强后FLAIR序列的诊断价值。方法:将本院102例脑膜异常患者作为研究对象,进行MR常规平扫及增强扫描,MRI增强后再加扫FLAIR,对FLAIR序列进行观察分析。结果:MRI增强后FLAIR序列对脑膜病变显示较为敏感,且可将强化皮层静脉与静脉窦正确的区分,显示脑脊液强化,但对伴脑实质内的微小病灶显示具一定程度的局限性。结论:MR增强后FLAIR序列对目前广泛应用的增强T1WI具较强补充作用,两者联合应用可使诊断准确性显著提高。Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of FLAIR sequence on patients with meningeal lesions after MR enhancement.Method: A total of 102 patients with abnormal meningeal admitted in our hospital were selected as research subjects, who underwent MR routine scans and enhanced scans, FLAIR added upon MRI enhancement, and FLAIR sequence was observed and analyzed.Result: FLAIR sequence after MRI enhancement was relatively sensitive to meningeal lesion, strengthened cortical veins and venous sinus could be correctly distinguished, eerebrospinal fluid was shown to be strengthened, but small lesions within the brain parenchyma showed certain degree of limitation.Conclusion: FLAIR sequence after MR enhancement delivers powerful complementary role for enhanced T1WI widely use currently, and combine service of two parts imposes significantly higher diagnostic accuracy.
