硫化体系对HNBR抗直角撕裂性能的影响

摘  要:分别以DCP、DCP/硫黄配合物和DCP/TAIC配合物作硫化体系研究了氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)抗直角撕裂性能,并分析了抗直角撕裂性能随硫化体系变化的规律以及硫化剂用量与HNBR撕裂强度的关系。结果表明,HNBR撕裂强度与DCP单用时的用量呈简单线性关系,并随DCP用量的增大而减小;采用DCP/硫黄配合物作硫化体系时,HNBR撕裂强度保持稳定,当DCP用量为4.5份、硫黄用量为0.9份时,撕裂强度达到最大值64kN/m;采用DCP/TAIC配合物作硫化体系时,HNBR撕裂强度介于DCP单用与DCP/硫黄配合物之间。HNBR rectangular tear resistance was investigated by using DCP,DCP/sulfur and DCP/TAIC as curing systems,and the changing rule of rectangular tear resistance with change of curing system and relationship between dosage of curing agents and HNBR tear resistance were analysed.The results indicated that HNBR tear strength had a simple linear relation with DCP dosage,and decreased with the increase of DCP dosage while DCP was alone used as curing agent.HNBR tear strength could keep stablity when using DCP/sulfur as curing system,and the tear strength was 64kN/m when DCP dosage was 4.5phr and sulfur dosage was 0.9phr.HNBR tear strength falled in between the above cases when using DCP/TAIC as curing system.
