摘 要:目的分析水氟浓度与膳食氟含量之间的关系,为氟中毒防控提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,在6个省份各抽取6个水氟浓度不同的村,每个村随机称取10名8~12岁的儿童,采用双份饭法调查3 d 24 h膳食,检测膳食氟含量。采用单因素回归分析水氟浓度与膳食氟含量之间的关系。结果在调查的6个省份29个村的饮水水氟浓度范围在0.41-2.85 mg/L之间,均值和标准差为(1.25±0.54)mg/L。儿童膳食氟含量范围在2.19-8.76 mg/kg,均数和标准差为(4.69±2.11)mg/kg。水氟浓度与膳食氟对数之间的线性回归方程具有统计学意义(F=6.89,P〈0.05),回归方程为logssf=0.5054+0.1148 sf,R^2=0.20。结论水氟浓度与儿童膳食氟对数之间有普遍相关性。在饮水型氟中毒地区,除饮水外还应重视膳食氟的危害。Objective To analyze the relationship between water fluoride concentration and dietary fluorine content,and provide the basis for fluoride poisoning prevention and control. Methods The 6 villages with different water fluoride were selected respectively in 6 provinces by multi-stage random sampling. The dietary nutrient of 270 children aged 8 to 12 years were surveyed in 29 villages by duplicate portion study in 3 days of 24 h,and the dietary fluorine content were checked. Single factor regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship water of fluoride concentration between the dietary fluorine content. Results The range of drinking water fluoride was 0.41-2.85 mg / L,± s was( 1.25 ± 0.54)mg / L in 29 villages. The range of dietary fluoride was 2.19-8.76 mg / kg,± s was( 4.69 ± 2.11) mg / kg. Logarithm linear regression equation between water fluoride concentration and dietary fluoride content had statistical significance( F =6.89,P 0.05). Regression equation was logssf = 0.505 4 + 0.114 8 sf,R^2= 0.20. Conclusion There is a strong correlation between water fluoride concentration and logarithm of dietary fluoride. The harm of dietary fluoride should also be paid attention for residents living in drinking water fluorosis areas besides water fluoride.
