摘　　要：目的识别、分析与评价建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,为建设项目职业病危害分类管理、防护对策和建议提供科学依据。方法采用类比法、经验法和检查表法相结合的原则对某露天石灰石矿扩建项目职业病危害进行分析和评价。结果该项目的选址、总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、职业病防护设施、辅助用室、应急救援设施、个人使用防护用品、职业卫生管理等内容基本符合国家有关规定。在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有石灰石粉尘、噪声、高温、局部振动、电焊烟尘、氮氧化合物及一氧化碳,其中维修工岗位个体噪声危害较严重,10人中有3个超标,超标率达30.00%。结论经综合评价分析,该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。如按照评价报告书建议,认真落实各项职业病卫生管理制度和职业病防护设施的情况下,可达到预防和控制职业病危害的要求。Objective To analyze and assess the occupational hazard factors and degree in construction project,provide the scientific basis for occupational hazards classification management,protection countermeasures and suggestions of construction project. Methods The methods of analogy,experience and checklist were applied to analyze and assess the project. Results The project site selection,general layout,production process and equipment layout,occupational disease prevention facilities,auxiliary room,emergency rescue,facilities,personal protective equipment and occupational health managements met the requirements of national standards. The major occupational hazards in the production process included limestone dust,noise,high temperature,local vibration,welding soot,nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide. The individual noise damage in repair workers were more serious,3 among 10 people exceed the standard,exceed the standard rate was of 30.00%. Conclusion The project is a serious construction project. According to advices of the assessment report,the occupational disease should be prevented and controlled in the project if all the occupational health managements and facilities are carefully carried out.
