摘　　要：目的了解北京市艾滋病病毒(HIV)单阳家庭男男性行为者(MSM)的生存质量及其影响因素,为提高该人群的生命质量及干预提供依据。方法对在北京市佑安医院就诊的HIV单阳家庭的MSM,采用中文版生存质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)和自编问卷进行回顾性调查,各领域得分情况与影响因素进行多元线性分析。结果接受调查的98例单阳家庭MSM中,在生理、心理、社会关系及环境领域的得分分别为(14.36±2.48)分、(14.20±3.07)分、(13.65±3.01)分和(13.35±3.18)分。多元线性回归分析结果表明,文化程度、年龄分组和感染前夫妻关系,是生理领域生存质量的影响因素;感染后夫妻关系和最近一次CD4+T淋巴细胞结果,是心理领域生存质量的影响因素;感染后夫妻关系变化是社会关系领域的影响因素;文化程度和感染后夫妻关系变化,是环境领域生存质量的影响因素。结论北京市佑安医院HIV单阳家庭MSM在各领域生存质量与一般人群在环境领域存在显著性差异,年龄、文化程度、最近一次CD4+T淋巴细胞结果、感染前后夫妻关系,是单阳家庭MSM生存质量的主要影响因素。Objective To study the quality of life and its influential factors among MSM of HIV sero-discordant couples in Beijing and to provide information to improve the life quality for MSM.Methods WHO quality of life questionnaire for brief version（WHOQOL-BREF）（Chinese version）and a self-designed questionnaire were used to investigate 98 MSM infected with HIV who kept a HIV sero-discordant family as registered in Beijing You’an hospital.The score of life quality of every domain and the risk factors of the score were analyzed with multiple linear regression.Results The scores of MSM of HIV sero-discordant couples in the physical,psychological,social relations,and environmental domain were（14.36±2.48）,（14.20±3.07）,（13.65±3.01）and（13.35±3.18）respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that education,age,relationship of couples before HIV infection were factors associated with physical domain.The relationship of couples after HIV infection and the latest test of CD4 counts were factors for psychological domain.The relationship of couples after HIV infection was a main factor for social relation domain.Education and the relationship of couples after HIV infection were found to be significantly associated with environmental domain.Conclusion There is significant difference in quality of life between the general population and MSM in HIV sero-discordant couples in environmental domain.Age,education,the latest CD4 counts,and the relationship of couples before and after HIV infection were the main factors associated with the quality of life in the MSM of HIV sero-discordant couples.
