云克联合痹祺胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨云克联合痹祺胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将68例类风湿关节炎病人分为对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组给予类风湿关节炎常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上同时给予云克配合痹祺胶囊治疗,连续治疗4周为1个疗程。以关节肿胀、疼痛、晨僵时间、血沉等为观察指标。结果与对照组比较,治疗组在临床症状、实验室指标等方面均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云克联合痹祺胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎具有明显的临床疗效,是一种安全的方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ^99Tc-MDP combined with Biqi capsule for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 68 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given the conventional treatment for rheumatoid arthritis,the treated group was given ^99Tc-MDP combined with Biqi capsule on the base of conventional treatment. The symptoms and laboratory indexes were tested in the two groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group,the symptoms and laboratory indexes in the treated group were improved significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion99Tc-MDP combined with Biqi capsule have a significant clinical effect in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and is a safe way.
