外痔剥除缝合内痔结扎联合高频电刀治疗混合痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨外痔剥除缝合内痔结扎术联合高频电刀治疗混合痔的疗效。方法将符合Ⅲ～Ⅳ期需要手术治疗的非环状混合痔患者80例随机分为两组,治疗组40例,采用外痔剥除缝合内痔结扎联合高频电刀术;对照组40例,采用在常规手术器械下传统Milligan-Morgan术。观察两组术中出血量,术后出血、疼痛、水肿、切口愈合时间,患者的治愈率以及远期并发肛门狭窄等情况。结果两组病例治愈率、术后肛门狭窄差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组病例在术中出血量、水肿、疼痛及切口愈合时间等方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论与传统Milligan-Morgan术相比,外痔切除缝合内痔结扎联合高频电刀术疗效肯定,出血少、水肿、疼痛轻、愈合时间短值得推广。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic of the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with external resection and suture internal ligation joint high-frequency electrotome. Methods 80 patients with standards of Ⅲ ～ Ⅳ degrees non-cyclic mixed hemorrhoids were randomized into two groups,40 patients per group. Trial group adopted resection with high-frequency electrotome and suture for external hemorrhoid,ligation for internal hemorrhoid,while control group received routine Milligan-Morgan procedure. The incision healing time,postoperative pain,swelling and bleeding,etc in this two groups were observe. Results There were no statistical between the cure rate and stricture of anus differences the two group（ P〉0. 05）,but there were significant difference in the healing of incision time,pain degree,complications（ P〈0. 05） and the trial group was better than control. Conclusion Compared with routine therapy,the novel therapy is of shorter treatment course,milder pain and less complication,worthy of popularization and application.
