摘  要:为研制与船舶冷藏集装箱运行环境适配的真空绝热板(VIPs)吸气剂,展开常规吸附剂及吸气剂初试样对VIPs释放气体组分吸附平衡的测试分析。首先,采用程序升温法,在温度区间323~563 K,由GC-MS气相色谱分析VIPs在船舶运行环境下的释放气体成分,并由重量法在温度区间283~303 K,测试水蒸汽在比表面积分别为300,810和1916 m^2/g的普通硅胶、碳分子筛和活性炭上的吸附等温线。其次,选用容积法测试了氢气、乙烯在活性炭和负载催化金属活性炭上的吸附平衡数据。结果表明,活性炭负载催化金属能避免吸气剂吸水板结,并可降低吸气剂与氢的反应平台温度,进而提高吸气剂的稳定性,适用于制备船舶冷藏集装箱的VIPs吸气剂。A novel composite getter material was developed for thevacuum insulation panels (VIPs) of marine reefer containers. First, the compositions of the pyrolysis gases, possibly released from VIPs in its working tempera- ture range (283 -303 K), were measured with gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) ;and the adsorp- tion isotherm of water vapor', on the getter materials, including silica gel, carbon molecular sieve and activated car- bon with the specific surface areas of 300,810 and 1916 m2/g ,respectively ,was investigated in gravimetric method. In addition, the adsorption isotherms of hydrogen and ethylene on the activated carbon, before and after surface mod- ification by loading catalytic metals ions, were evaluated in vlumetric method. The results show that the activated carbon loaded with catalytic metals ions outperform all other getter materials because of the removal of water vapor induced hardening and because of a lower reaction temperature of hydrogen on its surfaces.
