摘 要:航天器交会对接是指两飞行器通过对接机构形成一个整体,完成航天员在轨驻留、上行货物等任务。文章主要以货运飞船系列航天器与空间站系列航天器对接后形成的对接通道为研究对象,开展地面模拟试验方法研究,解决了对接通道泄压所需的背景真空环境模拟、对接通道内气体压力与温度准确测量等难题,充分验证了对接通道的泄复压性能以及在轨保压检漏方法的可行性。Here, we experimentally addressed the depressurization, re-pressurization andpressure-maintaining leak detection in spacecraft rendezvous or space docking required for on-orbit exchange of astronauts and/or goods. The ground-based simulation platform mainly includes the pumping unit, air-supply tanks, pressure and temperature sensors, single and double paths for gas-filling or gas-releasing, and control-units. The leakage rate of the docking channel, after filling gas to a given pressure for enough time, was calculated in terms of the temperature and pressure precisely measured with the sensors in the newly-developed method. The ground simulated results show that the no- vel method does a good job. For example, at 95 kPa and maintained for 24 h, the leakage rates, measured on-orbit and in the simulation platform, were 1.27 × 10 -3 and 1.32 ×10 -3 Pam3/s, respectively, with a discrepancy below 5 %. We suggest thatthe novel method be feasible to investigate the depressurization, re-pressurization and pressure maintaining leak detection of the space-docking channel.
