探讨如何降低输气管道输差率

摘　　要：分析了影响输气管道输差率的主要因素,并采取及时调压、合理切换供气流程、更换计量仪表等相应措施,使输差率由0.6%降低为-0.1%,大大降低了输气成本。The main influencing factors affecting the lose rate between inlet volume and outlet volume of gas transmission pipeline are analyzed. The countermeasures,including timely regulating the pressure,resonablely switching gas flow measuring instruments and replacing metering instrumentation,are adopted. The difference rate is reduced from0. 6% to- 0. 1%,which greatly reduce the cost for gas transportation.
